time off
The majority of those surveyed (86%) had direct access to personal information
regarding their annual leave and flexi time. Only 14% said they did not
have access to such information. When checking how much time off they
are entitled to respondents generally kept track of this information themselves
(65%), whilst others (22%) asked their boss or a member of the HR team
(17%).

workplace is a major problem for British industry, but yet there are solutions
that organisations can adopt to significantly reduce the impact.
