Industry surveys are a great way to understand the extent of absenteeism in the UK and to help benchmark your own organisation against industry averages. Both the CIPD annual survey and the CBI/AXA surveys are the most comprehensive. Kronos also conducts its own surveys from time to time so you’ll find these here too.
